Backstory: It was no secret that Arlie Callan was an unplanned child. She is the youngest child with six older brothers. At the time of her birth, Freddie, the eldest, was eighteen. It was a popular rumor that Arlie was Freddie's illegitimate daughter that his parents decided to raise to avoid a scandal.

When she was growing up, Arlie was somewhat spoiled. She was the only daughter and she was the youngest. Her mother started teaching her to play piano when she was three years old. Arlie was a musical prodigy. Tabitha took great joy in Arlie's abilities. Arlie proved to be equally smart in school, skipping several grades. When Arlie was ten, Tabitha was diagnosed with depression.

At the age of fourteen, Arlie graduated from high school. She was accepted to Julliard University to study music and music composition. While she attended college, her brother Vaughan took her in. They lived together in a penthouse overlooking Central Park.

After Arlie graduated from Julliard, she attended New York University for her Master's in Music Composition. While she dreams of being a song writer, Arlie wants to become a famous composer. With the completion of her Master's, Arlie has started working as pianist for a small off-Broadway company.
